Nova Scotia universities offer a range of incentives for International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma graduates (based on their final IB grades). Each school has a well defined IBDP recognition policy that allows eligible students to earn university credit(s).  Universities in Nova Scotia also grant credit or advanced placement to students based on their qualifying Advanced Placement (AP) exam scores.

To obtain the most recent information, please visit the school’s website, or speak directly with university admissions, school counsellors and IB/AP coordinators, as each university/college has its own unique policy.
